Genesis Brief is a personal information dashboard and briefing service. It aggregates and presents publicly available information — such as market data, cryptocurrency prices, news headlines, and weather — and composes periodic briefings for your awareness. It also includes optional private voice/video calling and messaging features.

It is not financial, investment, trading, legal, medical, tax, or professional advice, and nothing in the service should be relied upon as such. Market and price data may be delayed or inaccurate and is sourced from third parties. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial, legal, or medical decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Genesis Brief. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your access link and credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
We provide clear renewal terms at the point of purchase in accordance with applicable automatic-renewal laws.
The private line uses standard web real-time communication (WebRTC). Calls are encrypted in transit between participants. When two participants cannot connect directly, a relay server may forward the encrypted media; that relay passes through encrypted media and is not designed to read or decode your call content. We do not record your calls and do not sell your communications data.
We describe our security honestly: the private line is not marketed as "end-to-end encrypted" in the formal sense used by dedicated secure-messaging apps (which verify participant identities and exclude the service operator entirely). For highly sensitive or regulated communications, please use a tool designed and certified for that purpose. Messages you send may be stored to deliver them and to provide service history.
You agree not to misuse the service, including: violating laws; harassing or harming others; attempting to breach security, probe, or disrupt the service; reselling or white-labeling the service without a written agreement; or using the private line for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Genesis Brief, its design, software, editions, and brand are owned by Jung Studios LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own purposes during your subscription. Third-party data and content remain the property of their respective owners.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that data is accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jung Studios LLC's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service or your access where necessary, consistent with these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not record your calls. We do not use your private messages or calls for advertising.
We share data only with service providers who help us run Genesis Brief (e.g., email delivery, payment processing, hosting/infrastructure), under agreements that limit their use of it, and where required by law. We may share information to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA and UK under GDPR, and certain US states), you may have additional rights. To exercise any right, email privacy@genesisbrief.com. We honor verified requests as required by applicable law.
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
We use only the cookies/local storage necessary to operate the site and remember your preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on our own site.
Genesis Brief is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
